We aim to prepare your child for kindergarten and beyond by teaching essential skills and offering developmental screenings through the Ages and Stages program. Mrs. Williams is one of the most dedicated and passionate providers I have had the pleasure to work with in improving the quality of her child care program. She was recognized for her efforts and as a leader in the field, as she was named one of the state’s family child care Ambassadors, who advocate for quality early childhood programming. Bridget has worked hard over the last few years to implement various strategies and practices, such as Ages and Stages screening tool, Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment and curriculum, and is a huge advocator for including parents as partners in the process. Her professionalism is evident in her ability to ask questions and share experiences in order for those in the field to better the services provided, share the knowledge she has learned thus far with colleagues and collaborate with others within a community of practice. Mrs. Williams is a firm believer of doing what is right and for the best interest of others and holds herself and those she works with to high ethical and moral standards.
